Vintage 1904 St. Louis World's Fair Pewter Small Cup
Penny & Gentles was a large dry goods department store, operating in St. Louis, Missouri, in the late 19th century. Two disastrous fires, one in 1891 and one in 1900, almost wiped the business out. But it survived at least until 1914 (the last business date I could locate), and probably a bit longer.
For this cup, the metal appears to be pewter, and it's likely a souvenir of the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair.
