His face is fabric but painted / molded over with some wear as shown (but it is NOT flaking only worn in spots) ~ felt ears ~ felt hat ~ plush upper body ~ velvet pants ~ flannel shoes ~ I believe the ribbon is not old / original but leaving as found. No tags. Estate find!
Measures 15" tall x 9" wide x 4" deep
No maker's information. Google search does come up with Knickerbocker but I cannot confirm it is.
